Congratulations on your visa approval! The next phase begins when your visa number becomes available. The National Visa Center (NVC) will contact you with a welcome letter containing your case number and payment instructions.

Once a visa is available, USCIS will forward your petition to NVC for processing. The NVC is part of the Department of State and handles green card applications for people living outside the United States. The NVC will inform you when to pay fees and provide documentation for your application. The NVC will forward your case file and documentation to your nearest U.S. embassy or consulate, which will contact you to arrange an in-person interview. Before the interview, you will need to see a USCIS-approved doctor for a medical exam. Please note that our services do not include the medical examination fee, which varies depending on your home country’s healthcare system.

For family-based Green Card | Second Step, our services include the preparation of essential immigration documents, such as:

In addition to document preparation, we offer comprehensive support services, including creating personal email accounts, creating USCIS accounts, assisting with online USCIS form completion, and/or mailing physical copies to USCIS.
