Ameri Immigration Services LLC provides comprehensive immigration document preparation and case support services to law firms, immigration organizations, and individuals. Whether you are a busy law firm, an immigration organization, or an individual seeking assistance, we ensure accuracy, efficiency, peace of mind, and affordability in all our service offerings.
Service Packages Include:
- Asylum Services: 1 asylum cases with complete document preparation.
- Asylum + Intake Services: 1 asylum cases with complete intake process management and document preparation.
- Family Petition Services: 1 family petition cases with complete document preparation.
- Naturalization Services: 1 naturalization cases with complete document preparation.
- Adjustment of Status Services: 1 adjustment of status cases across various categories with complete document preparation.
- Customized Packages: Tailored service packages designed to meet specific client needs and requirements.
- Individual Services: Single-service options available at customized rates based on case complexity and requirements.

WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM AND DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Our services are limited to document preparation, case analysis, and administrative support. We do not:
- Provide legal advice or legal representation

- Guarantee approval of any immigration applications

Service Terms
Eligibility
Our services are available to:

Service Scope

Service Limitations
We cannot guarantee:
- Approval of any immigration applications or petitions
- Specific processing times by government agencies
- Outcomes of immigration proceedings
- Acceptance by USCIS or other government agencies
Payment Terms
Monthly Services
- Service fees are due in advance at the beginning
- Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice within 24 hours of payment
Flat Rate Fees
All fees listed on our website are flat rate fees for our document preparation and case support services only. These fees DO NOT include:
- USCIS filing fees
- Government processing fees
- Biometric fees
- Any other federal, state, or local government fees
- Third-party service fees (translation, medical examinations, etc.)
Clients are responsible for all applicable government fees, which may be paid either directly to the relevant agencies or through our office.
Payment Methods
We accept payment through the following methods:
- Direct bank transfer to our Bank of America business account
- Online payment through our website using secure payment processors
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. For direct bank transfers, clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment processing.
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify our service fees. Continued use of our services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
Client Responsibilities
Information Accuracy
Clients must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Update us promptly of any changes to case circumstances
- Review all prepared documents before submission
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Document Review
Clients are responsible for:
- Reviewing all prepared documents for accuracy
- Obtaining appropriate legal review before submission
- Understanding the contents of all forms and applications
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Cooperation
Clients must:
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Provide necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Follow our established procedures and protocols
Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property created or provided by Ameri Immigration Services LLC remain our exclusive property, including:

Client Information
Clients retain ownership of their personal information and case-specific documents provided to us.
Confidentiality

- As necessary to provide contracted services
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Excluded Damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Government agency decisions or delays
- Third-party actions or omissions
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Client Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge that immigration outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including government policies, case-specific circumstances, and legal complexities.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ameri Immigration Services LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Inaccurate information provided by the client
- Misuse of our services or materials
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Third-party claims related to client’s case
Termination
By Client
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current month’s prepaid fees.
By Company
We may terminate services immediately for:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Non-payment of fees
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Abusive or unprofessional conduct
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
