12. It is a violation for Ameri Immigration Services LLC to keep any of your original documents because you have failed to pay fees or expenses to the Immigration Services.
13. Complaints relating to Immigration Services may be reported to the Executive Office for Immigration Review of the United States Department of Justice. Complaints regarding the unauthorized practice of law may be reported to the State Bar.
